An amazing platform with excellent trading experience, but the process of changing phone numbers is painful. After sending an email with no response, I only found out after contacting customer service that I needed to provide more detailed information. Now I've sent another email hoping they will at least reply to assist me.

They will come to you with a lot of promises but please don't bulge. I went through a whole lot because I trusted them with my hard-earned money and then lied and absconded. I won't have gotten a dime back if end FRAUD.
