Not the expertise, but t he credibility for me.
They are regulated by CYSEC - that's surely good enough.
10K deposits are not bad either, I think it's the minimum amount that would offer experts some nice flexibiltiy.
when you make sure everything legally legit then you are safe investing. I think you need to reinvest a decent amount each month so it makes sense.
