Ngày 31/5/2024 tôi đặt 2 lệnh sell dầu trên sàn ACM, khối lượng là 0,2 và 0,3 tại mức giá tương ứng là 78,11 và 78,15. Stoploss đều đặt tại mức 78,40. Lúc này tài khoản tôi đang có khoảng 800USD. Nếu cán SL thì tôi mất mỗi lệnh khoảng 35-40USD. Tuy nhiên, sau khoảng 10p tôi vào lại tài khoản để kiểm tra thì thấy 2 lệnh này đã bị đẩy lên mức giá 79.78 và tài khoản đã âm gần 800USD. Nhưng thực tế giá dầu trên thị trường lúc này chỉ đang ở mức 78,28 và chưa chạm SL. Sau đó giá dầu đã giảm xuống rất mạnh. Tôi không rõ sàn ACM đã điều chỉnh như thế nào để 2 lệnh của tôi vọt lên mức giá cao như vậy trong khi giá thị trường đang đi xuống. Vì sự điều chỉnh này của sàn ACM mà lẽ ra 2 lệnh của tôi từ có lợi nhuận lại biến thành âm nặng và dẫn đến cháy tài khoản ngay sau đó. Tôi đã gửi email đến sàn đề nghị giải quyết nhưng không nhận được phản hồi. Biết rằng khả năng thu hồi được tiền là rất thấp nhưng tôi vẫn hy vọng nhận được sự hỗ trợ, và cảnh báo đến các nhà đầu tư nên tránh xa sàn ACM.
