IKON is not a trader-friendly platform. The website design looks like it was made by someone who has no idea what traders need. It's a complete mess trying to navigate around the site, and it's tough to find anything you need. Customer service is also lacking. They don't seem to know what they're talking about, and it's frustrating trying to get any help from them. Overall, I'd say that IKON has a long way to go if they want to be taken seriously as a trading platform.
