Forex collateral deposits are kept in USD, and other currencies are changed at the bank's exchange rates. You can make free withdrawals through the e-branch or mobile app until 15:15.
After that, you can make written requests until 17:00. For the transfer to go through correctly, it must include the account number and full name. The only person who can make deposits or withdrawals is the account holder.
