I met the owner of this platform named Chengxi online. She was live streaming and claimed that her platform guarantees capital preservation. I invested 100,000 US dollars, but she lost the money shortly after. Worried, I wanted to withdraw early, but she said I would have to bear a 30% loss if I did. I agreed, but she still didn't allow me to withdraw. She also owes me around 570,000 yuan. This is a private scheme, not a real foreign exchange platform. She has pocketed all the money.

Scam platform, manipulating funds through various channels, withholding withdrawals, MT4 account was deleted. Contacted the agent, Chengxi, through certain channels but they denied responsibility and keep stalling! There are numerous difficulties in withdrawing funds.

Since April, I have been unable to withdraw funds successfully.

I initiated a withdrawal of over 50,000 in April, but the platform has been transferring only 5,000 at a time, often excusing itself by claiming lack of platform capacity! I am currently still owed over 30,000. They are unresponsive to messages and ignoring my communications! The platform has evidently absconded; everyone should be cautious. I can no longer log into my MT4 account, and all trading records have disappeared! Attempts to negotiate with customer service have been fruitless, and the operational agents just keep delaying and now do not respond at all. Please steer clear of this platform and seek help immediately. I request WikiFX's intervention to help recover the funds.

    MT4 rarely crashes, and the charting tools are good too. However, I wish the spreads were more stable, quite frustrating when volatility impacts trade costs.
