Can't withdraw funds in VisionQuest

The market hasn't been updated since December 9, 2020 and we can't trade. The customer service said the software was being upgraded. I applied for withdrawal on 11th but the witdhrawal hasn't been to my bank account. The customer service said I should deposit 50,000 to activate my account to withdraw funds for I didn't trade even once.

VisionQuest's so-called mainland agent - Ivy (Shanghai) Investment Management Center, I was bewitched by their company's so-called teacher Zhao Lingsheng, and assistant Lin Xi, and I opened an account and made a deposit. About two weeks later, my application for withdrawal was rejected and my account was frozen. I asked them and they sent me a notice from HSBC saying that I must re-deposit 50% of the total amount in the account.
