Withdrawal issue. My funds have been frozen in the account and cannot be used. More worryingly, I have submitted a withdrawal request but no one resolved it... At all times, brokers should process withdrawal requests in a fast and transparent manner to ensure the safety and availability of users' funds. The withdrawal process should be fast, simple, and transparent, and users should not be delayed or run into any issues.
