Jumper Capital is an unregulated financial company who claims to servce clients globally while does not maintain a functional website. We can get very limited information over the Internet regarding this company. Such status gives us the reason to believe that the broker might already cease business operation.
The broker operates without any valid supervision from any regulatory authorities. It raises a question about its legitimacy and credibility because regulated brokers usually adhere to strict industry standards to protect customer funds.
Unavailable website: Jumper Capital's website cannot be opened currently.
Regulatory concerns: The company operates without any regulations, meanig that it does not comply to rules from any regulatory authorities. This heightens trading risks with them.
Lack of transparency: The broker does not openly reveal trading conditions such as account types, minimum deposits, commssions, etc.
No customer support channels: The complete lack of customer service channels leaves no window for customer to seek for support when encountering problems.
Jumper Capital provides a demo account for testing, from where the testers found a live account of “ECN account” who has tight spread from 0.2 pips.Leverage level is between 1:100-1:1000. However, no more useful info can be found anymore. Key details such as minimum deposits and commissions are absent.
Jumper Capital provides the well-acclaimed MetaTrader5 platform, but you need to submit a copy of ID, which will bring risks in personal information leak.
Also, bear in mind that the prestigious MT5 trading platform does not necessarily guarantee reliability of the broker.
Jumper Capital enables payment through Visa, MasterCard, Skrill and Vpay.
Jumper Capital does not provide contact details at all, which mean you cannot get any help or support from the broker when encoutering problems and disputes. This is a sign of a possible fraud broker.
In summary, Jumper Capital is not a recommended broker at all. Its operation without regulation implies less compliance to financial rules and unavailable website leaves no window for customer to know about the company. Furthermore, the lack of transparency in its trading conditions as well as market instruments affects cost calculation and overall trading experience. Complete absence of customer service channels keeps investors isolated without support.
Therefore, staying away from such a possible scam broker is wise deed.
