Registered in Serbia, BDD TANDEM Financial a.d. (short for “TANDEM”) is a broker participant in securities trading through the Belgrade Stock Exchange. TANDEM provides corporate agent services, investment and financial consulting in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in many other activities on the securities market.

Services Offered

Services provided by TANDEM can be divided into two segments: Brokerage Services & Corporate Agent Services.

Brokerage services include the following:

l Reception and execution of purchase orders

l investment consalting and equity portfolio management

l Consulting and implementation of the complete procedure of registration of share issues at the Securities Commission

l Inclusion in the listing of shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange

l Organizing, drafting and realization of a public offer for the acquisition of shares

Corporate Agent Services include the following:

l Determination of the type and class of securities at the Central Registry of Securities, through the assignment of the CFI code and ISIN number for all securities issued so far;

l Opening an issue account of the issuer of securities at the Central Register of Securities;

l Registration of all issues of securities in the Central Register of HOV through reconciliation of the book of shareholders;

l Assimilation of different issues of securities;
