The settlement time on AUSFOREX is 2:00, April 21st. I made some profits and closed position at about 2:24 to 2:25, while AUSFOREX withheld $21617.2 from my account. The customer service and manager kept shirking. They explained that the wrong quotation led to the abnormal trading, i.e., our profit didn’t account.
