I have ten accounts. And every account has a total balance of over 400 in total. And there was nearly 300 in my each account even though I lost money. I deposited $5,498 and was going to divide the deposit into 10 parts and then transfer each part into each account. I asked the customer service when I can get my deposit and they just asked me to wait. HuoBi showed that my deposit had been finished and it cost me just over 10 minutes. But I’ve waited two hours when the deposit was in my account. So my positions were wiped out. I’ve never met such things before. They are supposed to block my money to make my positions wiped out. I asked for compensation but they refused with many reasons.
