It is clearly stated in terms of the activity that traders on Novox are not allowed to use internal hedging to carry trades, but some of them violate the clause and use internal hedging to carry out trades illegally. Thereafter, Novox carried out an investigation into transactions of all the accounts that had participated in the activity after 16 December. The account you reported was also covered, which resulted in the delay of the withdrawal.
