We made a withdrawal on May 31, 2022 in the amount of 3416SUD. On June 14th, I have not received the email after the withdrawal. Afterwards, Tonny, the head of the complaint department of Shanhai Securities, added our head of Echo WeChat, and communicated with us for many times that the withdrawal time was not fulfilled. On July 1st, July 2nd, July 5th, July 7th, and July 8th, the person in charge of Shanhai conveyed the company's commitment to make payment with our person in charge, until 0:50 on July 9th. The promised payment has not been received. It has been 38 days since we submitted the withdrawal and showed success. We hereby publicize and complain about Shanhai Securities' malicious delinquency and apply for the supervision platform to intervene.
