Huge slippage! last Sept 30, 2022 for USD/JPY even SL was set. Sent them email on the same day, followed up on Oct 10 but no reply, followed up on chat on Oct 13, received reply on Oct 14. Long explanation and just advised to refrain from trading on high impact news, etc. They are unfair to their customers because some received refunds and others didn’t.
