When I was withdrawing money, the XM platform blocked me backstage and said that I was hedging the transaction. Erase my profits. I consulted my agent. After the agent communicated with the official, they listed another customer’s account, 6138172, saying that we both hedged internally, so we didn’t give any profits. I asked the agent to check it. It’s ridiculous, right? Both accounts made a profit from long gold, and I also traded in the US and Japan at the same time, how do you hedge in one direction?
