I started trading after depositing funds on March 5th. I executed a gold basis trade on this platform on March 18th. At around 5 AM on March 19th, I saw the order was still in my account (the MT5 log can also prove this). Then, when I opened my account again after 7:00 AM, I found the order had been forcibly closed by the system (the margin level was very safe). I then noticed the forced closure time displayed for the order was 1:00 AM. After that, I was unable to trade on my account, and I couldn't deposit or withdraw funds. Subsequently, I contacted the official email. At first, I still held a bit of confidence and hope, hoping the official team would resolve this quickly for me. Then, a bucket of cold water was poured on me—now the official emails aren't even replying anymore!!! I hope friends who haven't opened an account yet will keep their eyes open and don't get scammed!!!
