The customer service manager first said I could come in and try, and later could open an ECN account for me, which has low spreads, low commissions, and withdrawals credited within half an hour. As a result, I came in and traded, earned a few thousand dollars, and then the withdrawal was delayed and not credited. The next day, I withdrew a few dozen dollars and it was credited within an hour. The first withdrawal of 5000 USD has been stuck and not given to me. Everyone should avoid this platform. I contacted no less than five or six customer service representatives from the platform, always the same spiel. No one actually handles the problem or solves it; they just know how to delay. It's very disappointing to me!
