Abstract:A new Retail FX and CFDs broker is launching from Cyprus, called Tixee.
The Tixee brand is operated by GVD Korimcy Ltd, a Cyprus corporation which was established in 2020, and received a CySEC CIF license in February 2022. For the EU the company is using website tixee.eu. Tixee also established an offshore arm in Seychelles, Pipbull Ltd, which operates website tixee.com. A sister company was also set up in South Africa, GVT KORIMZA (PTY) LTD, and it received a Financial Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa FSP license.
Tixee has already recruited a number of senior officers, and the company plans to soon start onboarding clients to its EU entity. (The offshore Seychelles company has been active already for a few months). Some of the hires at Tixee include:
