The retail brokerage branch of Spanish neobroker Ninety Nine has been acquired by Amsterdam-based neobroker BUX. The deal strengthens BUX's position in the Spanish retail brokerage market.

Ninety-nine customers will now have access to a full variety of BUX services, including investing in Spanish, European, and US equities, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, fractional investing, and the BUX Savings Plan. I heartily welcome Ninety Nine's old customers and look forward to producing new items for our Spanish customers.
The CEO and creator of Ninety Nine, Javier Sanz lvarez, added:
