Beware of CitiFx, not a trustworthy broker

On April 5, 2023 A user of Maharastra, India Complaint against a broker named CItIfx regarding Withdrawal issue.The victim stated in her complaint that he had started investing in this broker on February 14, 2023. He invested 4,000 dollars in Citifx. The victim said initially, broker withdrew his money but now they are not paying attention to it. As a Victim, “When I did not invest in the broker. They used to call me once a day.But after Investing they have even stopped responding. ”

Victim told I tried to contact with citifx's customer support but they are not responding. Their executives are not receiving calls. Also they are not replying to email. victim shared some screenshots with us. We are sharing with you.Have a look on them and be safe.

When wikifx checked out that broker. We found its an unregulated broker. It is not regulated by FCA, CySEC, ASIC. Also We found customers are not satisfied with broker. Other than this wikifx gives this broker lowest score. According to its website ,broker posses five years of experience in Forex market, but in the given screenshot you can clearly see it has only one year of experience. It signals Red Flag. Broker claimed to be a UK-based broker regulated by reputable financial regulatory body( FCA). When we searched this broker on FCA' s register. Nothing came up, with this name.
