Deposit and Withdrawal

Deposits are supported in two ways:

  1. Bank counter (cash or cheque)/bank ATM/online or telephone banking transfer deposit.
  2. Bank wire transfer

Bank telegraphic transfer (from a bank or post office) usually takes three to four working days.

In addition to paying the handling fee of the remitting bank, the intermediary bank will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee.

There are also two ways to withdraw money:

  1. Cash/cheque

Through the local bank, the funds withdrawn by the customer are deposited into the customer's local bank account.

  1. Bank wire transfer

Due to the different operations of various banks, a bank wire transfer (either by a bank or a post office) usually takes one to three working days.

In addition to the handling fee required by the bank when the customer withdraws the funds, the intermediary bank will also deduct a certain handling fee.

All bank handling fees charged by the disbursing and receiving banks will be deducted from the customer's remittance amount.
