complainant shared a screenshot of the whole incident with us. In his sent Screenshit he did live chat with MintCFD's customer support representative “Raju,” where he inquired about the license and regulations of the firm . But Instead of presenting him License certificates . The firm misleaded him and continued to convince him that they are regulated.
They forwarded the Terms and Conditions link to him. When the consumer demands on a SEBI license number, Customer service responds, “They are registered with ARK Technologies, which is a globally recognized trade platform.”
“Mint CFD is a 100% scam platform,” the complainant cautioned other traders and investors. “To protect yourself against such scams, avoid this platform”. He added.
