The CSA highlighted that “Topshark” is not authorized to conduct securities business in Canada urging investors to exercise caution when dealing with this platform.

According to the authority, the platform lacks the necessary registration with the regulatory authorities, raising concerns about the safety and legitimacy of investors' funds. Investors are advised to verify the registration status of any online trading platform before engaging in financial transactions.
