However, according to available details, withdrawal requests are processed during two daily time windows: from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Withdrawals are processed once per hour within these periods and, under optimal conditions, funds may be credited within two hours. Standard processing time may take up to one business day.

Customers should note that if funds are deposited but no trading activity occurs before a withdrawal request is made, a handling fee of 3% will be applied to the withdrawal amount. For example, a deposit of USD 1,000 requires a minimum of 1 traded lot to qualify for a fee-free withdrawal. Similarly, deposits of USD 2,000 and USD 5,000 require 2 and 5 traded lots, respectively, to waive the fee.

If the required trading volume is not met and the customer still proceeds with the withdrawal, a fee will be charged equal to 3% of the deposited amount, adjusted according to the number of traded lots. Customers must acknowledge this fee upon withdrawal; otherwise, the request will be rejected.
