ACYLogix Group Appoints Denise Taouk as Chief Compliance & Legal Counsel

ACYLogix Group today announced the appointment of Denise Taouk as Chief Compliance & Legal Counsel, joining the Groups Executive Leadership Team to lead its legal, compliance and regulatory functions across its global operations.

Reporting directly to Group CEO Jimmy Ye, Denise will oversee the Group‘s legal and regulatory framework, including regulatory engagement, licensing initiatives, corporate governance, legal advisory, enterprise risk management and strategic compliance programs. She will also support ACYLogix Group’s international expansion, new product initiatives and broader strategic growth.

Denise brings more than 20 years of experience across banking, financial services, fintech and payments, having held senior executive, legal and compliance leadership positions throughout her career. Her experience includes working with financial regulators, securing financial services licences, developing governance frameworks and advising boards and executive leadership on complex legal and regulatory matters.

A qualified Australian solicitor with an unrestricted practising certificate, Denise brings a commercially focused approach to legal, compliance and governance. She will also contribute her expertise across the broader ACYLogix ecosystem, including ACY Advisory.
