The Financial markets Authority (FMA) is a New Zealand government agency responsible for enforcing securities, financial reporting and company law as they apply to financial services and securities markets. The FMA also regulates securities exchanges, financial advisers and brokers, auditors, trustees and issuers - including issuers of KiwiSaver and superannuation schemes. It jointly oversees designated settlement systems in New Zealand, with the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ). FMA is a member of New Zealand’s Council of Financial Regulators.

All five are duplicate websites offering similar short-term investment plans. None of the websites appear to be registered as Financial Service Providers, as is required to offer financial products in New Zealand. Three of the websites are falsely using the details of registered New Zealand companies: Titan-Trustees.com is falsely using the name, address, and New Zealand Companies Office (NZCO) details of Titan trustees Limited; MonetHeritage.ltd is falsely using the name, address, and NZCO details of Monet Heritage Limited; and FoxAssetFinance.net is using the name, address, and NZCO details of Fox Asset Finance Limited. Each of the three company Directors has confirmed no association with the websites. FCSassets.com is falsely advertising a New Zealand address and MetroCapitalLtd.com appears to be displaying a fake United Kingdom Companies House document.
