​October 2, 2020 The Securities Market Commission (CMVM) warns that the entities GLOBAL MARKETS AND CUBIC SERVICES LTD, owners of the website https://www.glob-markets.pro/ are neither authorized nor registered with of the CMVM to carry out any financial intermediation activity in Portugal, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraphs a) and b) of paragraph 1 of article 295 of the Securities Code. The CMVM also warns that the aforementioned entities are not legally qualified to carry out advertising or prospecting for customers aimed at concluding financial intermediation contracts. To ensure that a given entity that offers investment services in financial instruments is authorized to carry out activities in Portugal, you must consult the list of authorized financial intermediaries (through this link) or the list of entities authorized to provide financial services in Portugal under a Free Regime Provision of Services (LPS) (through this link).
