July 17, 2020 The Securities Market Commission (CMVM) warns of the fact that the entity Game Capital Ads Limited / 24PROinvestors, owner of the website https://24proinvestors.com/ and https://pt.24proinvestors.com/ , not be authorized or registered with the CMVM to carry out any financial intermediation activity in Portugal, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraphs a) and b) of paragraph 1 of article 295 of the Securities Code. The CMVM also warns that the aforementioned entity is not legally qualified to carry out advertising or prospecting for customers aimed at concluding financial intermediation contracts.
