cmvm warns investors about IFX BANC / ankor group investment

July 17, 2020, the securities market commission (cmvm) alerts to the fact that entities IFX BANC / ankor group investment, owners of the website https://www.ifxbanc.com/, are not authorized or registered with the cmvm to carry out any financial intermediation activity in Portugal, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs a) and b) of no. 1 of article 295 of the securities code. cmvm also warns that the aforementioned entities are not legally qualified to carry out advertising or prospecting for customers aimed at concluding financial intermediation contracts.
