June 11, 2019 (update of the alert published on April 5, 2019) the securities market commission (cmvm) alerts to the fact that the entity ACATIS investment, owner of the websites (https://acatrade.de and https:// Acatrades .com/) is not authorized or registered with cmvm for the exercise of any financial intermediation activity in Portugal, namely under the freedom to provide services regime, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraphs a) and b) of no. 1 and no. 3 of article 295 of the securities code. cmvm clarifies that this entity uses a similar name to that of ACATIS investment gmbh (https://www. ACATIS .de), financial intermediary authorized to provide investment services in Portugal, under a regime of freedom to provide services which is not the subject of this communication nor, in any way, targeted by it.
