Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

As planned, this inspection team traveled to Hong Kong to verify the alternate address claimed by the trading company DAKIN: Room 3509, Lippo Centre Phase II, Hong Kong.

The professional inspection team conducted their investigation based on the aforementioned address with a rigorous and responsible approach.

The inspection team arrived at Lippo Centre again. Located in the heart of Admiralty, the center is close to government offices such as the Hong Kong High Court and the Hong Kong Police Headquarters. It boasts a prime location, a pleasant corporate campus and streetscape, and a vibrant commercial and government atmosphere. Lippo Centre Phases I and II are connected, with Phase II on the left and Phase I on the right, allowing for easy access. From the exterior, the inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building, but no DAKIN signage was found.

The inspection team successfully entered the building lobby, which was consistent with the standards of a high-end commercial building. However, upon examining the lobby sign, they still could not find DAKIN's company name and were unable to obtain directions to the company's location.

The surveyors went to the 35th floor of Phase II and, upon arrival, checked the floor signage. They discovered that the company's name was not displayed on the sign, and the corresponding location was vacant. The company's logo was also not visible inside the building. Therefore, the surveyors were unable to confirm the company's specific office location, let alone enter the building, and naturally, were unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo. The location was confirmed to be not a shared office, further confirming that DAKIN does not operate there.

Thus, the survey confirmed that DAKIN does not have a physical business location at this address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker DAKIN as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
