A Visit to DAFEX in Russia – No Office Found
Danger Russia

Reasons for Field Survey

The Russian foreign exchange market is one of the most important financial markets in Eastern Europe. Leveraging its abundant energy resources and growing economy, the Russian forex trading business has gradually flourished, attracting numerous international and local traders. To help investors gain a deeper understanding of the actual operations of forex traders in the region, a field research team conducted an on-site visit to Russia.

Field Survey Process

This year's field research team traveled to Russia as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker DAFEX. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya nab., 10.

With a commitment to ensuring stringent investor safety, the professional and experienced field research team traveled to Russia according to a carefully planned visit. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to DAFEX.

Based on the address information, the field research team traveled to the Presnenskaya embankment area of Moscow and conducted an on-site verification of DAFEX, which claimed to be located at 123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya nab., 10.

The field research team successfully arrived at the address, located near Moscow's central business district. Surrounded by high-rise buildings and densely populated commercial facilities, the area offers a pleasant environment with high traffic volume. The field research team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the buildings in the area.

However, upon arrival, the field research team discovered that they were unable to enter the building lobby and were unable to contact any staff. No DAFEX-related signage was found on the exterior or within visible areas of the building. The company's name was not displayed on the floor signage inside the building, and its logo was not visible on either the exterior or interior.

Due to lack of access to the building, the surveyors were unable to reach the specific floor and confirm its location, nor were they able to enter the company interior. Naturally, they were unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo, and the company's internal office environment did not actually exist.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the brokerage firm DAFEX does not exist at the aforementioned address, and the address does not match the address provided in the survey form.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the DAFEX as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
