Reasons for Field Survey
The Japanese foreign exchange market is one of the world's most important forex trading markets, boasting a long history, a mature financial system, and strict regulatory mechanisms. It holds a crucial position in the global forex market. With numerous participants and high trading activity, it is subject to strict oversight by regulatory agencies such as the Financial Services Agency of Japan, ensuring the market's standardized operation. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.
Field Survey Process
This issue's field research team traveled to Japan as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Sharing Investment. Publicly available information lists its office address as 16-1, Nihonbashi Hakozaki-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-0015.
Dedicated to ensuring strict investor protection, the professional and experienced field research team traveled to Japan according to a carefully planned process. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to Sharing Investment.
Based on the address information, the field research team traveled to the Nihonbashi Hakozaki-cho area of Chuo-ku, Tokyo, and conducted an on-site verification of Sharing Investment, which claimed to be located at 16-1, Nihonbashi Hakozaki-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-0015.
The field research team successfully arrived at the target building, located in Tokyo's bustling commercial district, surrounded by high-rise buildings, numerous shops, and financial institutions, creating a vibrant commercial atmosphere. The building appeared large from the outside, and due to its distinctive architectural features, the field research team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building. However, upon closer inspection, the interior appeared somewhat cluttered.
The inspection team attempted to enter the building lobby but was denied entry and was unable to communicate further with security or staff. Therefore, they had no idea which floor Sharing Investment's claimed office was located.
The inspection team was unable to confirm whether the brokerage firm had an office at the address. Throughout the inspection, no Sharing Investment-related logos or signs were found, either on the exterior or inside the building, and it was impossible to photograph the reception desk or related logos.
Thus, the inspection confirmed that Sharing Investment did not exist at the aforementioned address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the Sharing Investment as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
