Reasons for Field Survey
The Japanese foreign exchange market is one of the world's most important forex trading markets, boasting a long history, a mature financial system, and strict regulatory mechanisms. It holds a crucial position in the global forex market. With numerous participants and high trading activity, it is subject to strict oversight by regulatory agencies such as the Financial Services Agency of Japan, ensuring the market's standardized operation. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.
Field Survey Process
This issue's field research team traveled to Tokyo, Japan, as planned, to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Tokyu-reim. Publicly available information indicates its office address is Shibuya Mark City, West Building, 11th Floor, 1-12-1 Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
Dedicated to ensuring stringent investor protection, the professional and experienced field research team traveled to Tokyo according to a carefully planned process. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to Tokyu-reim.
Based on the address information, the field research team traveled to the Dogenzaka area of Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, and conducted on-site verification of the broker, which claimed to be located at the aforementioned address.
The field research team successfully arrived at their target building, Shibuya Mark City. Located in the heart of Shibuya's business district, the building is surrounded by bustling businesses and a dense flow of people, creating an overall vibrant commercial environment. Due to the building's modern and recognizable exterior, the field research team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building.
The field research team attempted to enter the building lobby but was unsuccessful. Without access to the lobby, it was impossible to verify the Tokyu-reim signage. It's understood that the building isn't a shared office.
Furthermore, due to strict building security, the inspection team was unable to confirm the specific office location on the 11th floor, nor was they able to enter any other possible company premises. Throughout the inspection, no Tokyu-reim logo or related signage was found, either on the exterior or inside the building. Naturally, no photographs of the alleged reception desk or its logo were taken.
Thus, the inspection confirmed that the Tokyu-reim trading company does not exist at the aforementioned address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the Forex broker Tokyu-reim as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
