Process

This month, the team traveled to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex brokerACM Markets. According to publicly available information, their office address is Room 18, 13/F, Hop Kwai House, Kwai Chung Estate, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Hong Kong, China, in accordance with a well-planned schedule to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer ACM Markets claiming to be located at the aforementioned address.

The team has successfully arrived at the target area, which is located at He Kui Building, Kwai Chung Estate, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. This is a public housing community with a predominantly residential atmosphere and limited commercial activity. No company logos or related information were found on the exterior of the building.

The team entered this public rental housing community and, after explaining their purpose to the security guard, obtained permission to enter.

Upon arriving at the target floor (13th floor), the team found no clear signage indicating the office area of ACM Markets. Since this was not a commercial office space, the team could not enter the so-called company premises. Additionally, they were unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo, and this location was not a shared office space either.

Through the common areas of the floor, the team observed that the layout here is entirely residential, and the overall environment does not match its claimed office positioning at all.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the dealer ACM Markets does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The team visited the foreign exchange dealer in Hong Kong, China as planned, ACM Markets, but could not find any information such as the company name at the publicly displayed business address, indicating that the dealer does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
