Reason for this visit

To help investors have good knowledge of regulated brokers in Cyprus, the survey team this time visited PriorFX, a broker based in Limassol, Cyprus. 

Regulatory Information

According to the regulatory information, the broker PriorFX has the MM license issued by CySEC and located at 196 Arch. Makariou III Ave., Ariel Corner, 3030 LiMassol. The survey team thus decided to have an on-site visit to this regulatory address for confirmation.

On-site visit

The survey team followed the address from the regulatory information and arrived at an office building at 196 Arch. Makariou III Ave., Limassol, Cyprus. The building is located on a busy street with advantage and convenience. 

The survey team did not find the logo of PriorFX on the directory outside the office building. They continued to search for the broker's logo around the building. When they arrived at the entrance of the back door, two staff members came out and told them that PriorFX had moved away. And the logo of other company had been replaced its original doorplate.

Conclusion

It is confirmed after the team’s site visit that there is no office of PriorFX at the address indicated by the regulatory information. It was learned that the office had moved away. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
