Istanbul, Türkiye

Reasons for Field Survey
Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.
Field Survey Process
This inspection targeted the trading company HAREMALTIN, whose publicly registered office address is Kuyumcukent Atölye Bloğu 1. Kat 3. Sokak No: 20 Yenibosna / İSTANBUL. The inspection team strictly adhered to this address and accurately located the building. After confirming the correct location, they proceeded with the inspection.
After arriving at the target address, the inspection team successfully located the building. The building's exterior exhibited a blend of industrial and small-scale commercial design. The surrounding area was primarily populated by gold processing and jewelry stores, with no corporate campuses. The streetscape was entirely focused on physical precious metals trading, unrelated to the business office atmosphere required by financial traders. The inspection team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building.
The inspection team then entered the building unimpeded. Inside, there were signage indicating the occupants, but no information related to financial trading companies related to HAREMALTIN was found. Based on the address indicated as the first floor, the surveyors confirmed the specific address on the first floor, only to discover that the building was actually a brick-and-mortar store specializing in gold sales, completely unrelated to the office space of a financial broker.
The surveyors attempted to contact the gold store staff to confirm whether there was any HAREMALTIN-related office space. They were told that the building had long been a gold retail store and had never been occupied or shared by another company named HAREMALTIN. Furthermore, no HAREMALTIN logo was found inside or outside the building. Upon verification, while the address and address were consistent with public information, the actual use was completely inconsistent with that of a financial broker, lacking any core evidence to support HAREMALTIN's operations.
Therefore, the survey confirmed that HAREMALTIN, a broker, did not exist at the aforementioned address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the HAREMALTIN as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
