Reason for this visit

Foreign exchange market is the worlds largest financial market, with daily trading volume hitting trillions of dollars. The major forex trading centers are London, New York, Tokyo, Singapore, etc., where USD is the most traded currency. In recent years, an increasing number of investors and institutions have been attracted to the market, especially the highly developed, liquid US forex market with a slew of participants as the forex brokers gain steam. In an attempt to help investors or practitioners have a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in the US, WikiFX survey team is going to the country for on-site visits to the local companies.

On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to the US to visit forex broker CJC Markets as planned according to its regulatory address that 244 Madison Avenue, Suite 1666, New York, United States.

The investigators came to 244 Madison Avenue in New York, the US on October 10, 2023. With a clean and tidy surrounding environment, the target building is situated on the opposite side of Consulate of the Republic of Poland.

Strangely, the investigators located the office of UPS at 244 Madison Avenue, the only office in the building. According to the staff of UPS, broker CJC Markets just owned a virtual P.O. box at the place.

Through an on-site investigation, it is confirmed that CJC Markets doesnt have a presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to the US to visit forex broker CJC Markets, but didn‘t find the company at its regulatory address. This suggests that it doesn’t have a physical business office at the location. Therefore, investors are advised to make a sensible decision based on a comprehensive consideration.
