The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the China Merchants Tower in the Shun Tak Centre, located in a bustling area of Hong Kong with a vibrant surrounding environment and strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and informed the security guard of their purpose. After registration, they obtained entry permission. Inside the lobby, they found the company's information listed on the building directory.

However, the surveyor managed to photograph the reception area and its logo, confirming that this office is not a shared workspace.

Through the glass door, although the internal office environment of the company cannot be clearly seen, the overall impression is that the surrounding environment is good, which aligns with expectations before the actual visit—it truly exists.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer Valuable Capital exists at the above address.
