The surveyors entered the building and found quite a few passengers taking the stairway to the working area. Several safe guards were cruising here and there, checking identifies of some visitors. The plaza was located at a golden region in HK. The plaza’s good location could also be seem from the fact that there were some global top class luxury brands inside.  

The surveyors were informed from the floor directory at 1F that China Investment Securities (HK) was located at 77F. It was a pity that the surveyors were not allowed to go upstairs and could not have an intuitive view of the broker’s interior. Coincidentally, the surveyors met its employee, which confirmed its existence to an extent. 

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed the authenticity of the broker’s regulatory address. The broker’s suspicion of going beyond the licensed business scape could not be excluded thought the broker had a futures exchange license and an ordinary financial license issued by SFC.Prudence is advised with regard to investment.
