In order to help investors have a more comprehensive understanding of the regulated forex brokers in Cyprus, this time the inspection team visited the dealer NORDFX in Limassol, Cyprus as planned

Regulatory Information

Type of Licenses: 

CySEC authorized MM License with regulatory address at: 14, Louki Akrita Street, Ayias Zonis, CY-3030 Limassol. The inspection team went to the said address for site visit.

In addition, NORDFX is also holding a Retail FX license issued by VFSC. 

Inspection Process

The inspection team followed the regulatory address and arrived at 14, Louki Akrita Street. The building there is a villa.

The inspection team found several cars parked around the villa, presumably with someone working there.

The inspection team came to the gate of the villa, and saw the nameplate of NORDFX, which indicates the dealer NORDFX works here.

Conclusion

The inspection team’s site visit confirms that there is an office place of NORDFX at the regulatory address, the office place being a villa. Regretfully, the team failed to enter the dealer’s office, so the exact business scale and operation status of the dealer is unknown. This session of Field Survey is presented as above.
