Recently, many investors called the inspection team, hoping the inspection team to expose Australia licensed brokers whose real addresses were inconsistent with their regulation addresses more frequently. In order to satisfy investors’ requirement, the surveyor decided to go to CMCMarkets’s office in Australia to reveal the truth.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker CMCMarkets was located at Tower 3 International Towers' Level 20, 300 Barangaroo Avenue, Sdyney NSW 2000. The surveyor visited the broker.

The surveyor found the landmark office building nearing Darling Harbour, Sydney according to the regulation information without much trouble. With a quite good location, the office building has attracted many world-famous financial organizations to set up offices here. 

The surveyor then entered the building from the rotating door. Known from the building’s exterior bustling with people, many wage earners worked here. 

Once entering the lobby on the first floor, the surveyor checked the floor guide and knew from it that the broker having an office on the floor indicated by the regulation information was not CMCMarkets but CMC Markets.

In order to ensure the accuracy of the inspection result, the surveyor took the elevator to the 20th floor and found the whole floor belonged to CMC Markets. The surveyor saw a man wearing a badge walking to the reception desk. The surveyor asked the man was CMCMarkets and CMC Markets the same broker. The man replied he had never heard of CMCMarkets.

Conclusion

The unathenticity of the Australia licensed broker CMCMarkets’s regulation address was confirmed by the surveyor’s field survey. The broker’s pupported full license (RN: 238054) issued by ASIC and full license (RN: 173730) were confirmed to be cloned licenses.
