On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Hong Kong, China to visit forex broker ETB BULLION as planned according to its regulatory address that Room 1318, Beverley Commercial Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

The seasoned and professional inspection team, committed to safeguarding investor interests, conducted a meticulously planned on-site verification of the broker ETB BULLION in Beverley Commercial Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui.

The investigators successfully arrived at Beverley Commercial Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, targeting the registered broker “ETB BULLION” based on the provided information. Beverley Commercial Centre exhibited the characteristics of an aging traditional commercial complex, with a somewhat dated architectural design. The surrounding streets and premises appeared average, typical of common commercial buildings in the area. No exclusive signage or logo belonging to “ETB BULLION” was found on the exterior of the building.

To ensure a thorough inspection, the investigators proceeded inside the building. The lobby area allowed unrestricted access, and the survey team immediately checked the prominent company directory displayed in the lobby. After careful examination, they confirmed that “ETB BULLION” was clearly listed against Unit 1318 in the directory, providing preliminary verification of the companys registration at this address.

For a more comprehensive understanding of the actual situation, the inspection team followed the directory‘s guidance and took the elevator to the 13th floor. The floor’s corridors were relatively narrow with a compact layout, consistent with the characteristics of older commercial buildings. Multiple small companies were seen operating in clustered offices throughout the floor. The team successfully located Unit 1318, with ETB BULLION‘s company name prominently displayed on the door. However, despite reaching the unit’s entrance, they encountered an obstacle: the door was closed, and attempts to gain access to the companys internal office area were unsuccessful.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker maintains a physical presence at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Hong Kong, China to visit broker ETB BULLION as scheduled and found the company at its regulatory address. It signifies that the broker has a physical office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make a well-considered decision following much deliberation.
