Purpose

The Dutch forex market is a mature foreign exchange market formed through a long-term process of financial development, characterized by a high degree of openness and internationalization, and occupies an important position in European and even global foreign exchange trading. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in this region, the on-site inspection team conducted field visits in the Netherlands.

Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to the Netherlands as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker ArubaFX. According to public information, its office address is Geulstraat 7 1078 KX Amsterdam, Netherlands.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, followed a meticulous plan and traveled to the Netherlands to conduct a physical verification of the broker ArubaFX claiming to be located at Geulstraat 7 1078 KX Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the building corresponding to the target address. However, surprisingly, the location was not an office building as expected, but an apartment building. The surrounding environment was primarily residential, with a limited commercial atmosphere.

No signage or any relevant information related to the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the apartment building. As it was a residential apartment, after stating their purpose to the security personnel, they were not granted permission to enter.

Since they could not enter the building, they were unable to reach the target floor to confirm the office area situation of ArubaFX. Naturally, they could not take photos of ArubaFX's reception area, and the location was not a shared office space.

The inspectors could only observe from outside the building. As they could not access the interior, they were unable to understand the company's internal environment and other conditions, and could not confirm whether the company was genuinely present at this location.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker ArubaFX does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker ArubaFX in the Netherlands as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, the team was unable to see information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
