To complete the inspection, the surveyors found Gateway Tower in Harbor City of Tsim Sha Tsui according to the regulatory information. The Tower was the what the surveyors wanted to find.

As a well-known shopping center, Gateway Tower was quite large in which located shopping center and office building as well. The surveyors found 6th Harbor City and entered, finding a quite conspicuous building signage on a marble pillar downstairs. The surveyors were informed from the flood directory that BYFX HK had an office at Room 2702-2704 at the 27th floor. The surveyors then arrived on the floor by elevator.

The surveyors came to the door of the broker’s office and saw its logo. A full view of its bright and spacious meeting room was available through the clean and bright glass door, Its staff member warmly took the surveyors into and guided them to look around the office when she saw the surveyors standing outside the office.

The surveyors found there hanged a big Chinese ink painting. Two employees were researching on forex market data. As was informed, there were about 30 cubicles in the office.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the real address of BYFX HK was the same with its licensed address, it is learned that the HK licensed broker BYFX HK held a retail forex license issued by SFC (regulatiory number: BHK360）.Investors are suggested to make decisions at their own discretion.
