1-й Красногвардейский проезд, Moscow, Russia

Reasons for Field Survey
The Russian foreign exchange market is one of the most important financial markets in Eastern Europe. Leveraging its abundant energy resources and growing economy, the Russian forex trading business has gradually flourished, attracting numerous international and local traders. To help investors gain a deeper understanding of the actual operations of forex traders in the region, a field research team conducted an on-site visit to Russia.
Field Survey Process
This issue's field inspection team traveled to Moscow as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the brokerage State Technologies. Publicly available information indicates its office address is Business Center Moscow-City Presnenskaya Emb. 12 123112, Moscow.
Based on this address, the professional field inspection team, acting responsibly for investors, conducted an on-site inspection of State Technologies.
The inspection team traveled to the Presnenskaya Riverbank area of Moscow and arrived at the business center building where the address is located. The building's corporate campus and streetscape are well-maintained, situated in Moscow's core business district, with a strong business atmosphere. From the exterior, the inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building and found no State Technologies signage.
The inspection team successfully entered the building's lobby, which was consistent with its high-end business center status. Upon examining the lobby sign, they did not see the State Technologies company name. Upon inquiring with the lobby receptionist, the inspection team received a clear response: the entire building is owned by VTB Group, and there is no State Technologies company.
Because the signage lacked information and the front desk confirmed the company's non-existence, the inspection team was unable to reach the specific floor or confirm its location. Naturally, they were unable to enter the company, nor were they able to take photos of the front desk or its logo. The company's logo was not found inside or outside the building. After verification, it was determined that the location was not a shared office, further confirming that State Technologies did not actually operate there.
Thus, the inspection confirmed that the dealer, State Technologies, did not have a physical business location.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the Forex broker State Technologies as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
