Some investors made phone calls to the inspection team for more information of New Zealand licensed brokers whose real address were not the same with its regulation address. In response to investors’ strong need, the survey personal went to TP in New Zealand to know more about it.

According to the regulation information, the New Zealand licensed broker TP is located at Edwards Clark Dickie, Legal Services and Solutions Unit 1, 43 High Street Auckland Central Auckland. The survey personal then visited this place.

According to the map, the survey personnel successfully found the office building indicated by the regulatory information. After entering the office building and carefully reviewing the floor guides in the ground floor lobby, the survey personnel did not find any information about the target company.

Since there is no front desk staff in this office building, and the regulatory information does not show the specific floor of the target company, the survey personnel couldn’t find the target company. The survey can only be terminated.

Conclusion

The visit by the survey personnel confirmed that the broker TP’s real address was inconsistent with its regulatory address. The FSPR license (reference number: 547487) and the financial service firm license (reference number: 13842) claimed by this broker are suspected of being clones.
