The team has successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in a bustling area of Ho Chi Minh City with a vibrant commercial atmosphere. The company's logo was spotted on the exterior of the building. The building itself is grand in appearance, surrounded by heavy traffic and numerous commercial shops, reflecting the lively business environment of the area.

The team entered the lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. The interior of the lobby was exquisitely decorated, spacious, and bright.

Encountered obstacles while trying to reach the target floor. Due to the National Day holiday, VR filming was not allowed inside the building, and the team couldn't go upstairs. However, the company's information was found on the directory board inside the building.

Although we were unable to reach the target floor to confirm the exact location, nor could we enter the company—which is not a shared office—and failed to photograph the reception area or its logo, we could not observe the internal office environment. However, based on the overall condition of the building, external signage, and internal directories, the general environment aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer FPT SECURITIES exists at the above address.
