The inspection team continued its survey campaign as part of its efforts in checking the forex industry’s authenticity situation. For this session, the inspection team went to visit Australian company OGM HOLDING.

According to the company’s claimed licensing information, OGM HOLDING is located at Suite 706, 1-5 Railway Street, CHATSWOOD NSW 2067. The inspection team went to this place for a field survey.

The surveyors found a somewhat old styled office building according to the address. They entered it, and found nothing about OGM HOLDING on a floor directory sign in the lobby.

To double-check, the surveyors still went to the 7th Floor as the company’s claimed address says. They found that there was no logo of OGM HOLDING outside the room 706. The survey staff went on to search around on that floor, yet still found no sign of OGM HOLDING.

Conclusion

A field survey based on the company’s claimed licensing details found no physical presence of OGM HOLDING. The company claims to hold an investment advisory license (332890) from the Australian ASIC, but a check with the regulator suggested that the statement may not be true.
